Jean-Marc Wismer, Chief Executive Officer — Jean-Marc brings 20 years experience in international growth management and financing. Formerly executive with Silicon Microstructures Inc. and Medtronic, COO of Lysis (sold to Kudelski), CEO and founder of Neocast (sold to major Telco). Since 2003, Jean-Marc is active as a consultant and interim manager for of innovative high-tech companies such as Innovative Silicon, Spinetix, Axsionics, Nexthink, or Mnemis. He is also a coach and financial expert with the CTI start-up Swiss federal organization, lecturer with Venturelab and jury member with Venturekick. Jean-Marc holds a MSc in Electrical Engineering from EPFL and MBA from IMD.

Malgosia Iwankowska, VP Sales and Marketing — Malgosia has been active in the field of medical devices for the last 25 years, and brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, training and clinical trials in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. Malgosia held various senior management positions in these fields with companies like Medtronic and Johnson&Johnson, as well as with fast growing start-up companies like Computer Motion. She was operating previously as Director Marketing, Training and Education with Edwards Lifesciences.

Matteo Leonardi, Founder, Chief Technical Officer — Matteo has extensive experience in clean room processes and in the overall design, testing, and manufacturing of Micro Electro Mecanical Systems (MEMS). Matteo holds a PhD in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL).

Sacha Cerboni, Founder, QA and Controller — Sacha is a regulatory and quality assurance expert. In addition, formerly research manager at the Swiss Health Observatory, Sacha brings extensive experience with health care related data analysis and introduction of novel health management programs. Sacha holds a Masters in Health Economy and Management from the University of Lausanne and is a Licentiate in Political Sciences.
